Ashlyn will be playing Millie in the new musical, Bull Durham, based on the classic MGM film. Ron Shelton, the original director and writer of the film, has adapted his screenplay for the musical with music and lyrics by Susan Werner. The regional tryout is directed by Marc Bruni and choreographed by Josh Bergasse. Catch the run staged at Duke University by Theater Raleigh Sept 10-22!
Ashlyn will be playing Kim MacAfee in the highly anticipated Broadway Center Stage production of Bye Bye Birdie at the Kennedy Center. This new production will be directed by Marc Bruni with choreography by Dennis Jones and music direction by John Bell. The show runs June 7-15!
Ashlyn will be leading the upcoming industry reading of HEARTBEATS, a 2024 O'Neill NMTC Semi-Finalist, that tells the story of Eve- a driven, idealistic, and accidentally pregnant Indiana 17-year-old, just as she's about to follow her dreams at college. After a thwarted illegal abortion attempt, Eve ends up in the New Life Unit: a pilot prison program created by the federal government since the passage of the Unborn Protection Act, which codified abortion as murder.
Ashlyn will be playing Emily in the short film CHOKE by Omi Zola Gupta, a Sundance Institute x Adobe Ignite Fellow 2023.
Ashlyn is thrilled to be making her Broadway debut in Parade the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre, directed by Michael Arden. She began this journey with Parade at New York City Center and will be returning as Lila/Monteen (US Mary Phagan) in this production. Come catch this strictly limited run! Previews begin February 21.
Ashlyn Maddox will be returning to the role of Jane Doe, a headless deceased teenager competing to come back to life in Ride the Cyclone. The musical will be playing at Arena Stage January 19-February 19 2023. Come see what this fan favorite is all about!
Ashlyn will be making her New York City Center debut in NYCC’s Annual Gala Presentation of PARADE as Factory Girl. Catch this limited run November 1-6.
